A company called Isafe has a great internet safety curriculum online -they have an international version as well. I have seen this used and it has some value as far as helping with digital literacy skills.

NetSafe Kids
This guide is offered by National Academies Press to offer parents information and tips in laws and ways to protect children online. It is slightly outdated but does offer some good information. http://www.nap.edu/netsafekids/index.html
This site is actually a blog that has many current events related to Internet use by kinds and Netiquette. I found the articles to be very teacher friendly and useful in the classrom. http://www.safekids.com/

The CyberTipLine is an important site for teachers and parents because it provides a way to report inappropriate online activities, websites, and messages as well as any other crimes against children. Reports may be made 24 hours a day by visiting their website or through a 1-800 phone number.
